  • Minimum 5+ years of proven sales experience with a track record of exceeding targets.
    Demonstrated ability to aggressively pursue and achieve sales goals.
  • Proven success in developing and implementing creative sales strategies.
  • Experience leading and managing a team.
  • Comfort and confidence in utilizing outbound sales strategies.
  • Willingness and ability to actively recruit new members.
  • Enthusiasm for forming and cultivating community relationships and strategic partnerships.

  • Experience in the boutique fitness, weight loss industry, medical/wellness spas, specialty gyms/high-end wellness clubs, or country club industries.

Key Accountabilities

Sales Generation & Management:
Generate leads and convert them into customers.
Negotiate contracts and sales deals.
Achieve and surpass monthly and annual sales goals for memberships and classes.
Develop and implement creative sales strategies to attract new members and retain existing ones.
Maintain and grow customer relationships.
Identify growth opportunities.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
Network and build relationships with potential customers and partners.

Team Leadership & Development:
Lead, mentor, and motivate 6-9 front desk staff to achieve individual and team sales targets.
Oversee and provide guidance to approximately 40 instructors.
Reinforce company culture.
"Audition, recruit, hire, fire, onboard and offboard staff". (Front Desk, Fitness Instructors, Party Instructors, Subs)
Train and develop employees (Front Desk, Marketing Professionals, Instructors).
Manage employee performance and provide feedback routinely.
Maintain a positive and productive work environment.
Manage staff scheduling and uniforms.

Marketing & Events:
Maintain the marketing calendar and coordinate studio events for new and existing customers.
Partnerships.
Growth strategies.
Sales Training.

Financial & Performance:
Create and manage budgets.
KPI review weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), including new member acquisition costs, retention rate, average membership value, and membership churn rate.
