About the Company
Inner Me Studios has a team of over 40 professionals and together we provide fun group-based dance and fitness classes to adult women and men. We also host private dance parties for birthday and bridal celebrations. Our customers enjoy our non-judgmental environment and the confidence and friendships gained from being members.

Key Accountabilities

  • Provide superior customer service and sales daily to 100+ potential and existing customers via telephone, e-mail, text, and social media in a timely manner
  • Properly communicate and efficiently use available resources, such as Mindbocy, Gmail, Text Messaging, and other software efficiently to assess the customer’s issue and recommend valid solutions and escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate Program Manager or supervisor
  • Use effective communication, contact logs, and listening skills to convert 75% of incoming customer inquiries to paying customers and more than 50% of local class attendees to members
  • Maintain prospect database and conduct 10-20 outbound sales calls per week from prior inquiries. These are warm leads
  • Assist with the execution of periodic social events by sharing information about the event to targeted customers via phone, social marketing, and email to assure the event is at a minimum 50% capacity
  • Work closely with other team members to drive the success of the business by hitting monthly sales quotas
  • Maintain excellent knowledge of all internal software and systems and internal processes
  • Determine customer desires to develop and enrich the customer service experience via customer surveys, effective in-person and phone communication, and internal discussion among other team members
  • Ensure instructors educate class participants on correct form and provide a variety of challenging and entertaining Group Fitness classes
  • Conduct industry and competitive analysis and implement innovative strategies when directed
  • Conduct Inventory, management, and replenishment of fitness equipment, apparel, supplies, and accessories
